BC MATERIALS
BC Materials produces & sells circular building materials, based on excavated earth. It is thier ambition to replace standard building materials with earth building materials. BCmaterials aims to push the construction sector to tap into available urban mineral waste streams (such as excavated earth), transform them into decarbonised and democratised building materials (like earth plasters, compressed earth blocks and rammed earth), and generate healthier & circular buildings to live in. In this way, the limits of our planet actually generate amazing added value for all of its inhabitants.

Léém - Enduits
Léém's clay plasters are made from raw materials that are abundantly available in the Brussels region and in Belgium. They are a natural mixture of clay, earth, sand and, potentially, fibres. They provide a healthy, airy finish for interior walls and ceilings. The products can be defined as natural because they have undergone minimal processing and contain no synthetic ingredients. They are manufactured from unpolluted and undisturbed soil from urban sites. A wide variety of textures and visual aspects can be achieved, depending on the colour, grain size and finishing technique chosen.

Léém clay paint is a textured natural paint, applied on a clay plaster or existing wall. Léém clay paint contains abundant raw materials that are available in the region of Brussels and Belgium; sand and clay.

Léém - Blocs
Léém blocks are rectangular earthen building materials made from excavated earth, including clays, silts, sands and gravels. Natural clay is the main binder. Léém offers two families of blocks and three mortars. Moulded blocks (MEB) contain no additives or stabilisers and are our most circular range of blocks. The compressed block range (CEB) uses 3.85% cement as a stabiliser, and is more resistant to water, sound, fire and strength.
