Structure & Stability
Reduce the carbon footprint of your projects by modifying the structural elements of your buildings!
Some introductory words
Sustainable materials are not limited to finishing touches. Structural elements play a major role in a building's carbon footprint!
Whether it's a wood structure, reused elements or alternative construction systems, this seminar is an opportunity to look at structural work from a different angle, and to discover new biosourced, geosourced or circular materials.
The issue will be addressed from the point of view of both large and small renovation projects.
Topics covered will include: reuse of structural elements, constructive systems, off-site and more exotic or creative techniques, regulatory issues, technical properties, pricing and implementation.
We'll finish with a little hands-on practice!
