A site consumes new materials and produces materials to be removed, whether in renovation or demolition. We map both flows before looking for options, to find out what can be reused on site.
A biobased, geobased, reused or circular alternative is judged on its performance, its embodied carbon, its cost and the certifications targeted. We set these four criteria side by side, package by package.
A selected material brings in producers and supply chains the team does not yet know. We identify them in our database of more than 600 listed materials, we contact them and we check their availability.
We work on the project documents: drawings, bill of quantities, specification. Our scope covers materials and build-ups, from structural works to interior fit-out. Structural calculations are a matter for your engineers.
Site supervision is the architect's responsibility. We remain available for questions on materials during construction.
